If you're ordering a Voodrop to be shipped internationally, there's a short process you'll need to follow to pay for any customs fees the government charges.
- When you order, make sure to provide us with the phone number and email of the recipient. UPS will use this information to contact the recipient if there are any questions about the shipment, as well as when the shipment arrives in the country.
- If you are shipping to a business address, we'll need you to provide us with the tax ID of the business.
- Once we ship out your Voodrop, you'll receive tracking information. Use the link to the tracking info on the UPS website to see the progress of the shipment.
- Check in on the tracking link two to three days after we have shipped. There should be a yellow banner that says customs fees are due. You can click the "Pay Now" button to pay them and finish receiving your Voodrop.
